Facade work is on-going and approaching the penthouse level at 1122 Madison Avenue, where Legion Investment Group and Nahla Investments are responsible for developing a 22-story luxury residential project one block from Central Park on the Upper East Side . 

The 133,000-square-foot, 280-foot-tall structure is being built by CM & Associates with Studio Sofield filling the role as the project designer and Hill West as the Architect of Record. 

From the design team, "1122 Madison Avenue takes its architectural cues from the culture, cadence, and context of the Upper East Side... An Indiana limestone facade with champagne-hued metalwork imparts a warm texture that shifts with the light and a rhythm that harmonizes with the streetscape."
