Prior to joining Legion, Sean was a principal at Matrix Development, where he led the successful 7 Harrison Street project in Tribeca. He later took on the role of Director of Development at Cape Advisors, overseeing the creation of 110 Charlton Street, a striking 280,000 square foot luxury condominium in West SoHo. A native New Yorker, Sean combines his passion for the city with academic credentials, holding a B.A. in English Literature from Vassar College and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University.

Dory Telem leads Legion Investment Group's construction and project execution efforts as Executive Vice President of Construction. With a diverse background spanning over two decades, Dory brings a unique blend of military, academic, and industry leadership experience to his role. His expertise lies in successfully managing complex, large-scale construction projects across both the United States and Europe.

Before joining Legion, Dory held key positions in prominent real estate firms. As Vice President of Construction at the Naftali Group, he oversaw luxury condominium projects in Manhattan. His international experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Construction at Plaza Centers, Co. in Europe, where he managed over 3 million square feet of construction. Dory's academic credentials complement his practical experience, holding a PhD in construction management from the prestigious Technion in Haifa.

As Executive Vice President of Acquisitions at Legion Investment Group, Mert Aktas plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm's portfolio. His responsibilities encompass identifying, sourcing, and analyzing new investment and development opportunities, ensuring Legion stays at the forefront of the real estate market. Additionally, Mert oversees asset management activities for the company's existing investments, maximizing their performance and value.

Before joining Legion, Mert honed his skills at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he worked as an associate. During his tenure at PwC, he gained valuable experience in both real estate and technology sectors, engaging in a variety of auditing and consulting projects. Mert's academic background complements his professional expertise, holding an M.S. degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics from Koc University in Istanbul, providing him with a robust foundation in both finance and real estate.

Her focus lies in refining financial project tracking and reporting systems, a key element in optimizing the profitability of Legion's diverse portfolio. Deborah's work supports the entire Legion team, ensuring informed decision-making through precise financial analysis and insights.

Drawing from a rich background spanning various industries, including architectural film and commercial construction, Deborah has consistently demonstrated her ability to improve processes and boost financial performance. Her academic foundation includes a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago, complemented by numerous professional certifications. This combination of broad industry experience and specialized financial knowledge makes Deborah an invaluable asset in Legion's pursuit of operational excellence and increased profitability.
