YIMBY has exclusive new renderings of 1122 Madison Avenue, a 22-story residential building under construction on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Studio Sofield and developed by Legion Investment Group and Nahla Capital, the 283-foot-tall structure will yield 26 condominium units.
